In 1989, Herman Tanusetiawan started CV. Sicma Inti Utama with a simple mission: bring authentic German-style sausages to Indonesian tables. Armed with traditional recipes and unwavering commitment to quality, he went door-to-door to Jakarta's Western restaurants, introducing them to Delikatessa®.
What began as a small home industry in Cipinang Elok has grown into Indonesia's most trusted premium sausage manufacturer. Today, our state-of-the-art facility in Gunung Putri, Bogor produces a complete range of German-style sausages, smoked meats, meatballs, and cold cuts—all halal-certified and trusted by over 500 hotels, restaurants, and food businesses nationwide.
